- Skin Cancer Excision & Reconstruction — Post-MOHS and post-excision reconstruction of the face, scalp, nose, ear and periorbital region.
- Craniofacial Trauma — Assessment and management of facial fractures (frontal, orbital, zygomatic, mandibular), soft tissue injury and complex lacerations. See Emergency page for more.
- Orbital & Midface Surgery — Orbital floor and medial wall repair, zygomatic reconstruction, midface advancement.
- Facial Reconstruction — Following trauma, oncological resection, infection or failed previous surgery.
- Facial Palsy & Reanimation — Member of BAPRAS Facial Palsy SIG. Static and dynamic reanimation procedures.
- Melanoma Surgery — Wide local excision, sentinel lymph node biopsy, MDT co-ordination. See Skin Cancer Excision.
- Neurofibromatosis (Adults & Children) — MDT surgical management via Guy's Hospital.
- Migraine Surgery — Peripheral nerve decompression (trigger-site deactivation) for chronic migraine.
- Complex Abdominal Wall Reconstruction — Following hernia repair, stoma reversal, oncological resection.
- Chest Wall Deformities — Pectus excavatum correction; chest wall reconstruction.
- Post Weight Loss Surgery — Body contouring following bariatric surgery (abdominoplasty, thigh lift, arm lift).
- Gynaecomastia — Reduction of excess male breast tissue.

- Reconstructive Techniques: Skin Grafts, Flaps & Tissue Expansion — An introduction to how reconstructive defects are assessed and closed.
Multidisciplinary Working
Reconstructive surgery at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital is conducted within formal MDT structures. Mr Naparus participates in the Specialist Skin Cancer MDT, Neurofibromatosis MDT (Guy's Hospital), and liaises with neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, dermatology and oncology teams as required.
