We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it — for example, through the consultation booking form. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, height, weight, area of concern and GP details.
How We Use Your Data
Data collected via the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange clinical appointments. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required for your clinical care (e.g. hospital administration).
Data Retention
Clinical records are retained in accordance with NHS and GMC guidance (minimum 10 years for adult records; until age 25 or 8 years after last contact for paediatric records).
Your Rights
